Romtrac’s Lone Worker platform is a web based application that works in conjunction with the Romad RSP-100 personal safety phone, together providing powerful alert and response capability through communication, location, identification and response via accredited 24/7 response centres.

The platform has been designed to display and manage information clearly and quickly in order to ensure that set-up, management and reporting are performed with minimum effort.

Hierarchical Account Structure
All the elements of a company structure can be defined,
distributors can set up companies, administrators within that company and groups within a company. This allows for flexible deployment allocating the appropriate escalation and contact information to their respective groups or departments.
User Profile
User information is captured and imported through simple database download, or in a group or individual basis. User data is then assigned to a specific group which will have pre-defined escalation and emergency contact information. This avoids the need to replicate data entry when setting up a user.
Personal Safety Phone Configuration
RSP-100 device information is imported in to the platform
through either a simple database download, or on an
individual basis. IMEI, SIM and mobile number is captured and then is made available for allocation to a user profile.
Pairing
After user data and device data is uploaded on to the
platform, all that is required to be done is to pair both sets of data. This is simply performed by either pairing specific
devices to user profiles, or the platform can automatically
allocate available devices to user profiles. Once this is done, a series of over the air commands sets the devices up according to their user profiles and initiates service.
Monitor
You can monitor SOS Alerts, Pre Alerts, Low Battery Alerts and Non Movement alerts. These alerts will report a variety of information including date, time, user, device, location and the ability to display the location graphically.
Management
The Lone Worker platform is managed through Romtrac’s Enterprise Service (RES) which manages the information flow between the Response Centres Platform, Lone Worker Platform and the Romad RSP-100 personal safety phone.
